Hi Brooke, I just signed up today and thankful there is a coaching call today. I recently had a problem with prescription medications. I used them for many years to numb my feelings, and became an addict. I got some help and have been free from them for 4 months. Now I feel ALL the feelings very intensely. My question is how do I feel negative emotions? It can get too much for me or feels so abnormal at this point that I then self sabotage via other ways – procrastination, no self discipline, and fear. I’ve put my life on hold for so long and am so tired of this. I’ve become a pro at resisting.
