Building energy and positivity for evening/weekend work


I’m doing well in building my business working through the evenings and weekends while I am still in my full-time job.
Over the past few months I’ve been feeling more and more tired and ‘poor me’ in the evenings – though I do still power through and get my tasks done.
However, I would ideally like to create more energy and positivity for myself.
(As I have already done a lot of ‘this is hard and I’m doing it anyway’ which has worked, but is now getting ‘tired’ as well!)
I have my current unintentional model and then a ‘sort of’ intentional model that I’ve kind of been using lately but those thoughts are still creating the same types of feelings and actions. I also accept that putting ‘after full time job’ in the C line is charging it a little, but that is a fact and I feel like removing it so it just says ‘working on biz in the evenings’ would not really then be fully working on the issue.
I’d love any feedback or suggestions – or perhaps that shows I’m not truly ‘okay with it being hard’??!

Unintentional
C: Working in evening on business after full time job
T: This is hard OR I’ve already done a full day of work OR other people are relaxing at home now
F: Lethargic OR feel sorry for myself OR jealousy of others who I perceive to ‘have it easier’ (in alignment/order of T’s above)
A: Buffer with wine in evenings or snacks at weekend while I work
R: Get tasks done whilst feeling sorry for myself. Tasks take longer than they could do due to buffering (which is basically me rewarding myself after every little task or hour)

Half-Intentional???

T: I can do hard things / I can do things even when I don’t feel like it / This is creating the future that I want
F: grinding it out / pushing
A: Buffer with wine or snacks while I work
R: Get tasks done whilst feeling sorry for myself.

Incomplete intentional:

F: Energized, positive, creative
A: Complete efficiently work more efficiently and without needing to buffer.
R: Get to bed earlier as tasks done faster, better quality work and ideas due to being more creative and positive.
