So sugar and alcohol are a no go (cool with it), what about caffeine? I went off coffee about a year ago after doing some fasting and felt much calmer. When i have caffeine, i love how activated i feel, but it is such a fine line between wow “inspiration is flowing” and overwhelmed, like, “oh my god, i have to catch every single one of these ideas!” My boyfriend drinks a pot of coffee a day and never gets jittery. I believe ppl are affected by caffeine in very different ways. Any idea why that is? Would love to hear your thoughts on both the mental aspect and how the brain is affected, and also the physiological aspects like what’s going on in the body. Generally, are you pro-caffeine or no?
