I watch my young daughter create art for the love it with little regard for anyone else’s opinion, approval, validation, praise, etc. I’m also an artist, but am so often seeking all the praise and external validation from agents, customers, critics, etc. Even when I do get praise it feels “never enough.”

I wish I could create from a pure place like my daughter.

Any advice/resources?
