Dear Coaches

I am now confronted with a job choice. My long time goal is to become a life coach and provide great service to Chinese people, especially women and the youth generation.

I am a scientist right now. This job opportunity is offered from a research institute in one big Chinese city. I am afraid of being institutionalized in such environment. I could choose for the job or dive directly into the coach career (I am not a coach who charged anything yet). I know my character is to seek stability and certainty. My original intention is to have this job and take 5-6 years to transit into a new career as life coach. I feel confused. I donot know if I will live super unhappy and be institutionalized in the 5-6 years.
