Ok. No dumb questions, right?! Do you have a suggested serving amount of the cream or sour cream? I am launching my new-way-of-living protocol for the first time and have locked in on going full cream for my coffee plus Truvia. I will measure my food for the first two week period because I need that self-honesty about portions. I intend to let go of the measuring in the future but for ensuring I’m being super real with myself… what would you suggest is a serving size of cream in a lovely cup of coffee w cream?
