Connecting Results to Thoughts


I get stuck on connecting my results to my thoughts. Sometimes it’s super easy. Other times, not so much. On top of that, I’m really anxious about private coaching.

UM
C – Private coaching
T – They’re going to judge me because I should know this.
F – Anxious
A – Don’t sign up. Sign up and attend but clam up. Don’t ask all my questions or get them all answered. Don’t “hear” the information because of the chatter in my head.
R – ??

T – I’m not expected to know it all.
F – Relaxed.
A – Schedule the call. Show up. Ask the questions. Absorb the information.
R – ??
