I love your work. I’m grateful to have found it! You sometimes recommend constraint when you answer questions. It always resonates in my body as a truly-important concept. I’ve looked around on the site, but haven’t found a place where you deal with the concept in depth. Is there a place where you talk specifically about constraint – theory and practice?

Also, is there anything like an index where I could look up concepts without needing to put it in the Ask Brooke space?

PS. I have decided that my required work for the day can be done in 4 hours – and I will make that happen. And make good use of the rest of my day!
