Brooke, I cry really easily. When I hear something sad, or see someone in a tough situation, it’s as if I “put” myself in that situation, and seemingly feel how they must be feeling. I am grateful that I am empathetic and caring, yet the tears can be awkward in certain situations and off putting, at times, for others.
Do you have any tools or suggestions as to how I can put these tears on hold, and control them, rather than often feeling controlled by them?
