A – I keep busy by doing things (intellectually and with my hands), I go out to meet friends, I go through my cupboards to sort out my stuff and give away, I started a training online, I go for walks, I exercise, I don t relax, I talk to myself to convince me that moving is the right decision, I imagine our departure, I think I should be more relax and enjoy the time left here
