Currently Losing Weight- No Cycle For 3 Months In A Row Now


Hello,

I am currently in the losing weight process, where I would eat twice a day (12:00 and 18:00), 4 times a week lifting weights. NO sugar, no alc. I feel amazing despite the fact I have not had my period for 3 months in a row now.

I am really worried because I want to have a regular period AND losing weight (I am 8 pounds away from my goal weight). Obviously, I think the intermittent fasting is causing me to losing my cycle. I am really worried because 1. I love fasting and 2. I want to continue losing weight but I want to have a regular cycle.

What would you recommend me to do? Thank you so much for your help!
