Hello coaches! While doing the daily work I sometimes struggle to find things that are not so great about my day and end up picking small stuff mainly related to not eating well (I am working on stopping overeating). For things that went great I pick all sorts of things which makes me thing I may be a positive person:). Not sure that is the goal of this excercise. Do I keep on putting small things in or can I leave it empty if there is nothing worth mentioning? Thanks!
