Daily Thought Downloads-Feeling Great

In the short time I have been listening to your podcasts and now being a SCS my life has improved significantly for the better in many ways. The daily thought download and model with turnaround has opened my eyes to a whole new world. Thank you!!

The question I have is this: The last several days I have noticed that when I sit to do my download I have little to no negative thoughts or unresolved issues. My thoughts are almost all about how I am achieving my goals or how well I am doing by continually working toward a certain goal and how proud of myself I am for investing in myself and my goals. Is this a stage or am I truly learning how to manage my thoughts on a more consistent basis so there is not as much coming up for me during the download?
