So for today’s dare, I decided to refuse a request from my ex husband regarding support for our children.
He had requested / then demanded that I accept a lower amount.

After a coaching call this week, I’m reminded that circumstances are neutral.

Here’s my IM:
C My ex husband asked me to accept a different support amount
T The court sets support amounts and it’s ok if my ex husband is unhappy with that number
F Calm
A Respond to ex that I’m not willing to negotiate
R Confidence in my decision

I’ve responded to my ex and he’s now pestering me to change my mind. I’m feeling pretty confident but also a little triggered and I’m not sure that my T is one I completely believe.
