Hi, thank you for taking the time to respond to my previous question. I should have been more specific: I understand the concept of bridge thoughts, but what I’m really having difficulty is coming up with or creating bridge thoughts.
For example, I’ll create an “it’s possible that” or “I’m learn to” bridge thought. But then I don’t know what kind of bridge thoughts to create/use to close the remaining gap in the river of misery (even after I’ve given this bridge thought time to be adopted).
Brooke has made a beautiful example of bridge thoughts for going from “I hate my body” to “I love my body”. How do I create bridge thoughts like that – but for other examples/themes? Thanks in advance!
