I often have great difficulty discerning what thought is creating the anxious and stressed feelings I have in the morning and evening, I can feel the feelings race through my body, my heart palpitates, I feel light headed, I sweat – so, very obvious feelings in my body but when I look inside for the thoughts that have created the feelings I cannot pin point them. Do you have any suggestions about how to access the thoughts more easily. I feel that my anxiety is a ‘general’ worry and fear about life as nothing in particular is happening at those times of the day, I’m usually just getting breakfast or dinner ready for my family but often feel really really stressed.
