Displaced Buffering

Hello, hello!

I have been working on shifting my eating and relationship with food. I have been intermittent fasting, eating no sugar and flour, and eating fewer times a day. I’m not perfect, but I feel great about the direction I am moving.

I now notice that I am watching lots of TV and am very into social media. I know that I’m buffering with these things. The buffering has just transferred over to another medium!! Im wondering if I should allow for some buffering there and focus on the food, or if I set up a protocol for that as well?
