I am experiencing so much self doubt lately. I get so afraid that I am having those thoughts. I want to be confident in myself and my abilities as a coach but the thoughts that don’t serve me and create self doubt are just there, pulsating.
I journal with intention, I do thought work every day, and I do SCS homework and get coaching. What else should I do? I feel so so stuck. Any tips you can do to help would be great. I am doing bridge thoughts but not finding it effective
