Drinking wine everyday

Hi I am trying to put my drinking wine everyday into the model. I have listened to the over drinking info. I am trying to figure out how to change my thoughts so my action isn’t drinking 1 bottle a day with the result of hungover, weight gain, sick, less money.

C-drinking wine every day after work (is a fact)
T-it’s 5 o’clock I deserve wine, kids are crabby, I am stressed, I can have wine
F-I need it now to relax, calm down,
A-drink wine,
R-sometimes feel awful after the bottle wake up in the night etc.

How can I change my thought? Just put another positive one? For some reason I can’t quite figure it out. My goal is to drink less wine/alcohol.
