I recall hearing Brooke say that she was still drinking wine while she was teaching her over eating seminars. Apparently she had already lost a lot of weight. Is it possible to lose weight while continuing to drink white wine. Can it be part of my protocol? I do not eat flour,sugar or grains. I also practice intermittent fasting on a daily basis. I joined the program to stopover drinking because I want to lose weight and believe that the wine is the reason I cant. I only want to lose 15 pounds but it seems virtually impossible.
