Eating based on Calories

I did this model to find out why I ate my leftovers I brought home after dinner:

C: After dinner
T: I have room for more calories
F: allowing
A: ate rest of leftovers
R: eating based on calories not fullness or true need… slowing down weight loss

Any tips on how I counteract this thought to be more committed to not eating just because I have more “room” in my calories for the day?
