Dear coach,
I want to make sure I get this right. If “failing is feeling” and my impossible goal is not to feel desire for sugar and flour by the end of 2019, then :
– each time I still feel desire for sugar and flour is a fail and I allow this desire without reacting;
– I let myself feel disappointed when I don’t eat something I want until this feeling goes away.
Do I understand it correctly?
