Failing


This is a follow up question to the first quarter checkin video. So if my impossible goal is to get contol of my food focus and weight (or get to goal weight and live free of food obsession) and I keep failing but I keep showing up and doing models, Learn & Move On, 10 minute coaching, TDL’s etc will I eventually start making progress? It seems the harder I try the more my brain freaks out… and I get no results. Is this just a matter of patience? Apparently my reliance on food has been pretty intense. I’m also working on 100 urges – will I really see progress around 100? I’d love some positive reinforcment that I’m on the right track…
