Hi Brooke,
I am finding the 18 hour fast EASY, but then my first meal as per protocol at 3pm sets the ball rolling for overeating and I go totally wild. (just realised, maybe the overeating the day before is why I am finding the fast so easy). I want to break this fast-overeat cycle but can’t identify the thoughts behind it – it feels like a wall goes up. Thank you for any insight you might have on this.
