Hi! Thank you so much for this wonderful resource! I wanted to ask if you felt it was “okay” to fast instead of eating a planned meal. Sometimes on a day I work when I get home (often late), I don’t really feel like eating. But not every time :). I am wondering if it’s ok to just skip it or if I should go ahead and eat since I planned to? I know a better solution would be to actually PLAN to fast for dinner on these days but sometimes I’m really hungry lol. The second part of the question is if you think it matters whether the fast starts after lunch (so just eating breakfast and lunch but no dinner) rather than fasting for the morning.
