Fatigue and Moodiness


I have noticed my cycle affecting how I’m showing up. Around ovulation I have interrupted sleep, wake up with low energy, am WAY more hungry and have the negative voice in my head on loudspeaker. All I want to do is veg out, eat a mountain of food and am in a low mood.

I am taking steps to investigate this on a physical level. Any tips on what to do on a mental level?
