I have a problem managing my fear and fear responses, I dont know how to go about working with my fear and when I feel the fear I have a freeze and run away response for everything. The fear when unconscious let me to hide away in my room and only leave my room when absolutely necessary (work, groceries, errands) beyond that I have a tendency to hide. Ive tried to do thought downloads and comforting myself through the fear but it has now become somewhat indulgent. Please help me to understand how i can go about helping myself with this
