Feedback on Result in Model

I’d love some feedback on the below model. This model, or some flavor of it, is one that runs often for me. It typically comes up when a coworker doesn’t follow my manual for them which causes frustration. I don’t think I have quite nailed down the Result line. Below is an example around a specific circumstance:

C – Coworker moves meeting to a time I’m unavailable
T – He only cares about himself
F – Frustrated
A – Make snide comments to him, talk behind his back, ruminate on past situations where he’s not been a team player
R – I focus on how this affects me and only focus on my story about the circumstance and my frustrations
