I have been without alcohol for five months and for the last four weeks have excluded sugar and flour and have started the IF protocol. I am beyond happy about this.
My problem is my hunger might be slightly less but now I am feeling quite dizzy and sick in the afternoon and even the morning sometime and it is a struggle to wait until dinner. I am toughing it out but not feeling as well as I would like to. I know you said fat adaption takes six weeks, should I expect this to diminish in the next couple of weeks? Sometimes I feel so bad that I wonder if I could make this a permanent lifestyle. I can do the next couple of weeks, but forever? I also wonder if I am eating too much in my two meals, would that make me feel more sick?
