Flexibility with IF hours


Hi Brooke,

Just wondering if the times that I eat as I am doing IF can change if I make sure that I have fasted for at least the number of hours I have committed to fasting prior to eating. I am just starting IF and will be fasting 15 hours with a 9 hour window for meals. The problem is that my work schedule changes from day to day, so I am unable to eat my meals at the same time everyday. So… can I eat my meals at different times on different days (according to what works with my schedule for the day) if I make sure that I have fasted for at least 15 hours prior to eating? Will that create problems for me with metabolism, fat burning, homonal regulation, hunger patterns, etc?
