Hi Brooke! I just joined SCS and am excited to get started. My main goals are business/personal growth related, but I also would love to lose 15-20 pounds, which I know is one of your specialties. I’ve previously watched one of your weight loss webinars and am an avid podcast listener, so I know you recommend eliminating flour and sugar + intermittent fasting.
While I completely understand the reasoning behind all of this, I don’t know that it’s realistic for me to entirely cut out the flour and sugar. My job involves creating and testing a wide variety of recipes all day. However, I know I can limit them much more than I currently do.
So my question is: do you think if I focus on applying the model, not buffering, and learning to ignore urges, I can still ultimately have success?
