Food protocol revised


As per your advice I’m not going to fast for now , just IF .
Here is my protocol :
Eating window – 2-8 pm
2 meals
– lunch -salad with protein ( fish / legumes ), fat ( avocado , walnuts )
– dinner – grain with vegetables
Or sushi
Or soup
Joy food – Sunday only – fruits or Japanese ice cream

Allowed foods – vegetables
Grains – rice , quinoa
Seeds , nuts
Fish
Occasionally raw homemade chocolate
