I am brand new to scholars. As I started in on the models, all of the ones I have done have been future oriented. I am feeling/thinking a certain way and so I am projecting what my actions and results will be if I continue on with that path. So then I work the second model to get actions and results I want. I have seen some great things already, walking into some difficult meetings and conversations from a totally different place then I would have.

As I listen to most of the models others are bringing, I am realizing they are all past oriented. Results that actually happened. Should I be doing that instead? Is it more helpful to look back at what has happened?
