Getting past what others think of me.

I am in the process of starting a fitness coaching business. I know that Facebook is a great resource to draw clients in. I am struggling with putting a business page out there on Facebook because I fear all my friends and family will judge me and give “their opninion” on what I am posting and doing. I only post 2-3 times a week on my personal page and it’s usually just about the kids. I have been procrastinating getting it up on Facebook, because I don’t want to be judged by others. There are so many different opinions on wellness, eating and fitness, that I am worried I will get negative comments that disagree with my advice or approach.
Do you have any tips to deal with this anxiety/fear/nervousness I have about this?
