I am finally fat adapted. I was eating two meals a day and since January 8th I decided to eat one meal a day. I am finding with the increase of healthy oils in my diet I am eating less.
Now I am ready to focus on my weight loss goal but I am not sure what weight I should strive for so I thought I should post it here.
I am 5’8 and currently 153 pounds. What weight should I set as my goal weight?
