I’m watching your Stop Overeating Webinar and after my last binge the other night I am more than ready to try living without the pleasure of food, and just using it for fuel and nutrition. However, I need to prepare dinner for my daughter and I’ve finally gotten into cooking after years of dreading it. I enjoy preparing these delicious meals for her (typically do Weight Watchers recipes or I order from Blue Apron or some other online meal planning).
So, how do I reconcile these two: great cook able to prepare delicious meals with attitude of trying to take the pleasure out of eating?
