Green Juice

Hi Brooke!
I am looking at fine-tunning my protocol. This is my first month in SCS. To support my health and energy, for years now, I have been drinking a green juice I make myself. I used to drink it usually in the morning. I no longer have breakfast so some days a week now I drink the green juice at lunch among other food items on my protocol. This weekend I connected that although veggie mostly, this is concentrated food, and it may not be a good idea to drink it because of insulin, at least until I lose all the weight. So I thought to run it by you. The ingredients are: ginger, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 bunch of cilantro, 5 stocks of celery, 1 lemon, 2 green apples, 1 large cucumber, garlic sometimes I add cayenne pepper. With one recipe I make 1 to 2 – 32 oz Mason Jars depending how much juice the veggies have. When I drink the green juice I only drink 16 oz and I drink it 3 to 4 times a week. Should I stop drinking this green juice? I appreciate your thoughts about it.
