I just found out I tested positive for Herpes 1 and 2 – I’m trying not to freak out – but my first thoughts were – “my life is over” “this is a death sentence” “how did this happen when i’ve never had any symptoms?!”

Not sure if its ok to just believe I don’t have it? That nothing is wrong here? A huge part of the population has it that doesn’t even know it!
