Help with tweaking current protocol to lose these last 15 lbs :)


I’ve lost 35lbs total so far since June 🙂 My current weight is 145lbs (33yr old female, 5’ 6’’) and my Goal weight is 130lbs. I have hit a plateau with my weight loss for the past 2 weeks and was hoping you could give me some recommendations on where to make some tweaks to my protocol?

Current Protocol
 No sugar and No flour
 Intermittent Fasting: 16:8 hours
 Eating Window 12-8pm daily
 2 meals per day (1230pm and 530pm)
 Eat within 1 hour of my mealtime everyday
 Finish full meal within 1 hour from when I start eating
 No snacking
 Joy eat once per week (planned at least 24 hours in advance)
 Plan meals the day before and commit to eating only that the next day
 Majority of meat and cooked veggies have 1 tbsp olive oil &/or butter OR if I have a salad then I can put 30mL (2 tbsps) salad dressing per salad
 Naturally flavored carbonated water mixed ½ and ½ with regular water (can drink during my fasting period)

Morning ‘Breakfast’
• 2 Coffees (artificially flavored-such as vanilla hazelnut) with 2 tbsps whipped cream in each

2 Meals with daily total:
•16-20oz vegetables (spiralized zucchini, spaghetti squash, snap peas, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers)
•10oz protein (boiled egg, meat protein, cheese, almonds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, cashews)
•4oz carbs (Rice, Quinoa, Potato or Sweet Potato)
•Fats (½ tbsp chia seeds, ½ avocado, 30mL (2 tbsps) salad dressing, olive oil, butter)
•6oz Fruit (usually red grapes) with 2oz Astro Original Balkan Natural Yogurt (or can substitute Yoso cultured coconut yogurt) OR 6oz apple slices with 2 tbsps natural peanut butter
•2 squares Lindt 85% dark chocolate (approximately 20g/0.7oz)
•Max 1 per day (only during eating period):
Homemade Latte: (Espresso coffee, ½ cup homo milk and ½ tbsp sugar-free syrup)
