This is my second week in Scholars. I am wanting to quit smoking. I have been doing thought downloads and using the Model. I need some advice on how to take action. I started using the Urge jar, but only used it once today. I just keep smoking and telling myself I will do the jar next time, or I forget about it. I am wondering if I am using busyness as a buffer as well. I would like to take more action. Any advice? Thank you.
