How do you find the non-subjective circumstance?

Hi! I’m trying to decipher what the true, factual circumstance is for a result that I’m experiencing and want to change. That result is described by me as being a loss of composure. Or a loss of power. Or a loss of groundedness. I lose connection with the source within me that intends to stay composed and managing my emotions versus reacting. But I don’t know how to put it in a way that it could be proven in a court of law.
Can you please give me some ideas on ways to look at it to help me discover for myself what the circumstance is that I can do a model on?
As I sit and think about this, could the circumstance be I am or I become reactive? Is that provable in a court of law? I don’t think so because nobody else would know that I’ve become this way. So I’m hoping you can help me out with some guidance here.
Thanks!
