Thanks for the opportunity to ask questions. I am excited for this month’s lesson (my first), as time management is one of my hobbies. One area where I’ve struggled in the past is changing my habits so that I wake up at 4am so I can have focused time to work on my new business, and make it a priority. No matter what I’ve tried – setting multiple alarms, Mel Robbin’s 5 second rule, planning the morning the night before so I know what I’ll focus on, visualizing me waking up the next morning, Miracle Morning – I don’t seem to wake up when I’ve planned. This would be a huge benefit if I can find a way to adjust.
