How to believe in a supporting thought without evidence?


I’m doing the thought download and when doing models it’s clear that certain thoughts are not supporting my goals.
But, I have a hard time to believe in the supporting thought. How to believe in those supporting thoughts that would eventually encourage better actions…?

For example:
C: No new clients
T: it’s not working for me, I do something wrong
F: disappointed
A: buffering, passive actions
R: no breakthrough, no value creation

Intentional model:
T: clients are coming
F: confident
A: posting, showing up

But, I don’t believe this thought… I feel that there is no vibration created in my body…
How can I then believe a supporting thought when there is no evidence…?
