March will be my first month in SCS. I joined because there are several things I want to work on: I want to improve my job situation, lose 50 pounds, stop using alcohol as a buffer, quit people pleasing, etc. It seems like this program works best if you pick one goal and stick to it, but maybe I’m misunderstanding that. Do I need to pick one goal? If so, how do I figure out which goal is priority? Thanks!
