How to make yourself do things when you don’t feel it

When I am sad, worried, anxious, and depressed, I know I have to do things but I don’t want to do and don’t do them.

My brain says, “Well, you didn’t do well before. Why do this?” My thoughts keep saying that I will succeed and it makes my body not take action.
It’s not a basic thing that I just change my thoughts.

Please help!
