Hunger Part 2


I have asked a question before about hunger and feel like I need more guidance for myself. I can honestly say I don’t recognize what hunger even is. I can go all day without eating. Part of it is from diet culture teaching me to ignore hunger and the other part is that, when I was a child, my mom would make me finish everything on my plate even if I wasn’t hungry. I went from force feeding myself to starving myself and now I am stuck not trusting my body or recognizing signals. Can you help guide me to get better at recognizing these signals? I know I need food to nourish me but should I just eat every few hours and then tune in? Thank you!
