Hi Brooke,

I’m in day 5 of a protocol with the help of one of the life coaches trained through your school and I feel TERRIBLE. I mean, really really shitty. I’m exhausted, achy, zoned out, and extremely irritable. I even feel like I have a fever. My coach has assured me this stage will pass, but it doesn’t feel like it. When will this get better? (*whine, sniff*)
