Hi Brooke! I️ am new to scholars in November. I️ have loved loved loved it so far! Although I️ am finding the emotional balancing concept a little challenging. I️ am still having trouble distinguishing between “Need to Allow” and “Indulgent” feelings. Could it be that almost any negative feeling could go either way depending on what we put in the “Action” line? Or could it be that we should go through the master list of emotions on pg 69 of the workbook and decide them to be with #1, 2 or 3 type emotions? Thanks for you help on this concept. – Amy
