Insecurity, Fear, Doubt


I’ve been listening to the Urge Jar (love it). One point Brooke made is hitting me and I don’t know what to do with it. She talks about the journey of weight loss and if you start with insecurity, fear and doubt you will come out of it with the same emotions. I know in the back of my head I’m thinking “you’ve never done this before and kept the weight off.” How do I make sure I’m doing this so I come out at the end as the new me who doesn’t fail again and regain the weight?
