Is the T line of my model correct if I add “so I can fall back into sleep”?

C – Wake From Sleeping at Night
T – This is the perfect time to be awake so I can fall back into sleep
F – Calm
A – Put earbuds in & listen to soothing music, close my eyes, lay still
R – I create a functional sleeping environment
